Ascendia

AI for the public sector · Posture

Governed AI capacity, not speculative product messaging.

Ascendia frames AI as institutional capacity: teacher support, responsible deployment, verified partners, public-sector administration. Public-sector AI must reduce administrative burden without weakening sovereignty, transparency, accessibility, or institutional control.

Institutional anchors that make AI defensible

Listed governance, EU policy seat, public-interest recognition, audited operating record.

01Listed accountability

A public counterparty, not a private vendor.¹

Ascendia is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB: ASC) since 2016. Annual reports, governance disclosures, and audited financials are public record. Procurement teams gain a counterparty subject to capital-markets disclosure obligations — most digital-education vendors are private and opaque.

02Inside the room

A seat in the European Commission Digital Education Content expert group.²

Ascendia holds a seat in the EC DEC expert group — the body shaping European digital-education content policy. Few technical counterparties hold one. Coordinators get policy literacy alongside execution; ministries get a partner already aligned with the Commission frame.

03Independent recognition

Recognised by Microsoft for accessibility, by the Council of Europe for delivery.³

Microsoft AI for Accessibility Hall of Fame — recognition the company carries as the only European education-sector entrant. Council of Europe filed structured institutional feedback after delivery of a public-interest learning module. Recognition is third-party and verifiable, not paid promotion.

04Audited operating record

National-scale public deployments with sourced evidence.

EduLib reaches 700,000+ pupils and 100,000 teachers through the Ministry of Education consortium. National Digital Pedagogy reaches 60,000 teachers across twelve training consortiums. The ADR digital-skills programme reaches 2,000 SMEs. Each programme has a named public counterparty, a delivery year, and a source line.

AI evidence routed to the public sector

Three deployments, three sources.

Google AI for GovTech — programme + product¹

Two records on the public sheet: (01) LIVRESQ selected for the first EMEA cohort of Google for Startups Growth Academy: AI for GovTech (Sep 2025, only solution from Romania); (02) LIVRESQ Companion launched as a direct result, BVB-disclosed first contract reaching 10,000+ teachers across 800 schools (Apr 2026).

A dissemination layer already in motion.²

Responsible AI tools need real adoption environments. LIVRESQ recorded 14 million measured views over the last 12 months, giving AI-supported teacher workflows an active public-interest learning surface rather than a cold launch channel.

NVIDIA Connect³

Ascendia reported acceptance into NVIDIA Connect, strengthening the AI development layer behind its learning infrastructure direction.

National Digital Pedagogy

AI and digital capability are positioned inside public capacity building: 60,000 teachers, more than 30,000 OERs, and 12 training consortiums.
