Workforce onboarding and readiness

1,900 Groupama employees and 1,000 concurrent Linella cashiers onboarded on the public record.

Distributed workforce onboarding requires a delivery surface that scales without bespoke deployments. CoffeeLMS combines role-based catalogues, bespoke soft-skills content, and LIVRESQ-authored programme modules — operational at insurance, retail, and humanitarian-sector scale. Tenant provisioning within 72 hours; role-based pathways active same day.

How the use case is shaped

Four institutional frames.

01

Role-based catalogues

Course catalogues are configurable per function, per region, per role. Each cohort sees the curriculum its function requires; central HR retains visibility of completion and progression across the full org tree. Reporting rolls up through complex multi-entity, multi-region structures.

02

Soft-skills depth

Bespoke soft-skills content is produced via LIVRESQ and deployed alongside compliance and programme-specific modules to complete workforce readiness pathways. Content is institution-owned and WCAG 2.1 AA conformant — not acquired from a third-party catalogue.

03

Bespoke module production

LIVRESQ supports rapid bespoke module authoring for organisation-specific procedures, playbooks, and policy material. Modules are typically delivered against a defined onboarding programme schedule; turnaround is documented in the service agreement.

04

Time to productivity

Tenant provisioning within 72 hours of agreement. Role-based pathways active on day one. Linella deployed onboarding for ~1,000 cashiers simultaneously with automatic progress and grade reporting — no manual batching required. Save the Children accessed national teacher development with no date or location constraints.
