LIVRESQ

The authoring substrate and dissemination layer of national-scale public education.

LIVRESQ is the browser-based authoring platform that 158,900 creators across more than 7,260 institutions use to build interactive lessons, Open Educational Resources, and SCORM-compatible modules. It also operates as a dissemination layer already in motion: 14 million measured views over the last 12 months. It anchors EduLib, National Digital Pedagogy, and the Microsoft AI for Accessibility Hall of Fame recognition.

Capabilities

What this platform pillar carries.

Capabilities are stated as institutional functions, not feature lists. Where a claim has a public source, an inline footnote resolves it.

01

A dissemination layer already in motion.¹

Beyond authoring, LIVRESQ gives public-sector and EU-programme teams an active environment for distributing, measuring, and sustaining public-interest learning content. The platform recorded 14 million measured views over the last 12 months.

02

Browser-based authoring at national scale.²

No plugin install, no client-side software. Authors build interactive lessons, scenarios, simulations, and assessments directly in the browser. The same surface that supports a single teacher supports a national rollout.

03

Open Educational Resources at system scale.³

Used as the production substrate for the National Digital Pedagogy programme — 30,000+ reusable OERs across twelve teacher-training consortiums. Output is institution-owned and licence-clean for public reuse.

04

SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility compliance.

Output is SCORM-compatible for delivery in any compliant LMS. Accessibility posture is built in: keyboard parity, screen-reader landmarks, captions, and alt-text discipline aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549.

05

AI-assisted authoring (LIVRESQ Companion).

AI teacher assistant launched as a direct result of Ascendia’s selection in the first EMEA cohort of Google for Startups Growth Academy: AI for GovTech (Sep 2025). First Companion contract filed with BVB reaches 10,000+ teachers across 800 schools in Romania (Apr 2026). AI is anchored in deployment, not speculation.
