EU sovereignty

Sovereign learning infrastructure for European public institutions.

Ascendia operates as an EU-listed company under EU law, with EU-resident leadership, EU-located infrastructure, and an EU-procurement frame. Sovereignty is a structural property of how the company is organised, not a marketing claim layered on at procurement time.

Compliance frames

The regulatory references this pillar resolves to.

Each frame names the regulation, its institutional implication, and (where available) a public source. No marketing claims that overpromise compliance Ascendia does not hold.

Identity, authentication, and electronic-trust surfaces (where applicable for institutional partners) are aligned to the eIDAS Regulation.
