Ascendia published its Q1 2026 quarterly financial report for the period 1 January 2026 - 31 March 2026. The report is unaudited and forms part of the company's public reporting cadence as a Bucharest Stock Exchange issuer under ticker ASC.

The quarter records RON 15.7m operating revenue, RON 9.0m operating profit and RON 7.5m net profit. Compared with Q1 2025, operating revenue increased by 222.36%, operating profit by 272.43% and net profit by 304.16%. Net margin reached 47.94%, calculated as net profit divided by operating revenue.

The balance-sheet view also matters for investors. At 31 March 2026, Ascendia reported RON 56.4m total assets, RON 42.7m current assets, RON 37.4m equity and a current ratio of 3.54. The report frames the quarter as profitable growth supported by high margins, a solid equity base and high liquidity.

The financial report sits inside Ascendia's wider European positioning. The company operates learning infrastructure for large companies, national institutions and international institutions, with proprietary platforms covering content creation, delivery, reporting and operational support.

For institutional clients, the relevant context is recurring use. Large companies, public institutions and European programmes need learning infrastructure that is reliable, traceable and ready to support repeated delivery across distributed audiences. The Q1 2026 report provides the financial layer behind that operating direction.

The period also includes product and partnership milestones already disclosed through public channels: LIVRESQ Companion, an AI teaching assistant developed with Google support, and the acceptance of LIVRESQ into Google for Startups Scale Tier. Those records connect the financial quarter to Ascendia's AI, platform and European scaling narrative.
